BDL have been managing hotels for owners for over 10 years. Offering a range of services tailored to meet all requirements, BDL has undertaken short term projects to 25 year management contracts. Our services are tailored to meet the requirements of our client and we have the flexibility to structure our services in a way that best suits the specific needs.
Each management contract would be evaluated and would vary by length of time, scope of services and remuneration structure.
