BDL has a proven track record of delivering global brands, including those of the world’s largest hotel groups such as Intercontinental Hotels (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza) and Ramada. BDL chooses the optimum brand for the location and project, negotiates the licence agreement, interprets the brand standards, implements the standards and maximizes the ‘System’ resources.
BDL has also successfully developed its own food and beverage and leisure club brands tailored to meet the needs of the hotel and local marketplace. Brands such as The Quad Club Health and Fitness was successfully launched in association with three times Olympic Gold Medal Oarsman, Matthew Pinsent CBE.
