The BDL Hotel Group was formed in 1997 to develop and operate new-build, branded hotels. The group is known in the trade as ‘The Name Behind the Brand’.
The group has offices in Glasgow and London, and is one of the largest multi-brand franchise developers of the Intercontinental Hotel Group (Holiday Inn) in the UK, and Wyndham’s new Ramada Encore brand.
The groups mission is to deliver above average returns on investment and shareholder value; to drive above average profits from its management contracts through the installation of a ‘quality’ culture across its own and managed properties.
