Ramcore Hotels is developing this innovative hotel brand on high profile sites within major and secondary UK commercial destinations. Our aim is to develop, own and operate a minimum of 35 mid market select tier hotels and to supplement the portfolio through management of third party encore hotels in other locations throughout theUK, Ireland and Europe.
Ramcore consists of Ramcore Hotels Ltd, Ramcore Development Company Ltd, and Ramcore Operations Ltd. The company is a BDL JV company with shareholders from private equity, property development, construction and hospitality industries. The company is fully funded
The principals of Ramcore Hotels are long standing customers of the Bank of Scotland and are fully funded to the tune of £125 million plus equity to purchase and develop sites.
