Ambitious
Ramcore Hotels was established to roll out the exciting new Ramada Encore mid market hotel brand across the UK. The company has embarked upon one of the most ambitious hotel development programmes in Europe today.
The company aims to build a new generation of quality mid market hotels between 80 and 150 rooms serving both the commercial and leisure markets. In major commercial centres and adjacent to transport hubs where there is proven high demand, hotels of 200 guest rooms and over will be considered.
Our intention is not to develop isolated hotels projects but to focus on building a new UK wide brand creating an investment portfolio which will be valued at around £300 million.

Ramcore Hotels, through its stakeholders, has a wealth of experience not only of developing and operating great hotels from premium budget through to 5* offerings but also the development and management of profitable mixed use schemes.
The partners have a proven track record within the UK and international property industry, as investors and developers of large mixed use schemes consisting of offices, retail and residential and a wealth of experience in developing, owning and managing portfolios of quality branded hotels.

Ramcore Hotels is structured for fast decision making and fast track development through its team of experienced designers, architects, developers and hotel operators. The company prides itself on making fast decisions on potential projects.
Location
The Ramcore teams have a headstart on other developers by having carried out a full appraisal of the UK hotel market with the assistance of Pannel Kerr Forster (PKF), one of the world’s leading hotel consultants. Ramcore Hotels and PKF have appraised over 130 locations in the UK and have identified a target, but by no means exhausive list of 35 key principal locations for the Ramada Encore brand. Our team’s extensive knowledge of the UK means that developers and site owners can rely on our professional and in depth knowledge which allows us to respond quickly to site opportunities, wherever they may be.
Exclusivity
Ramcore Hotels has an exclusive Hotel Development Agreement with the Wyndham Hotel Group, based in Parsippany, New Jersey. Wyndham is one of the world’s largest hotel franchise companies and owner of a vast stable of brands such as Howard Johnson, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Super 8, Days Inn, RCI Timeshare Exchange and Wingate Hotels. The strong relationship with Wyndham allows Ramcore to control the development of the brand in the UK and create a distribution network of exciting new hotels.
Brand
The Ramada Encore brand offers a mid market contemporary hotel experience with a touch of lifestyle and selected services for both the leisure and business markets but unlike other hotels in its class, the guestrooms offer walk in wetrooms, hygienic wooden floors and all the latest in modern technology, including WIFI. The Hub area has a social zone with bar, large screen TV’s, a full range of drinks, a relaxation zone with coffee bar serving premium brands such as Illy Café and Starbucks and a work zone with free WIFI and easily accessible sockets.
