BDL Hotels is steered by a group of high energy individuals with extensive experience in the global hospitality industry and property development.

Structure

The team is comprised of specialists in opening, taking over and operating hotels in all markets. As an owner managed business, the Directors work with these specialists to oversee the development and operation of the hotel.

The BDL structure is built to make it completely scalable. The hotels are split into operational divisions according to hotel type. Each division has a cluster of hotels that are overseen by its own Divisional Operations Director and Divisional Finance Director. They lead each Division ensuring effective central support is delivered to each hotel.
