The formulation of revenue strategy, maintenance and balance of electronic, internet and central reservations systems and optimisation of rates and inventory is required to satisfy the needs of the business. Alongside the monitoring of a hotel’s performance against budget and forecast done through regular business and sales reviews, BDL carry out extensive monthly benchmarking exercises. This ensures all hotels within the portfolio are performing in line with the best managed hotels and are maximising profit.
Annually BDL will prepare the hotels budget and capital investment plan in consultation with the owner. This would be supported by a detailed Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan using BDL’s tried and tested process with KPI and system software.
