On Friday the 1st February, Holiday Inn Chessington played host to the fifth BDL Annual Awards.

Recognising commitment, excellence and dedication to people, quality and profit, the awards were presented to those employees and hotels who showed themselves to be true stars in 2007.

BDL Hotel of the Year 2007 - Ramada Encore London West

Beating off stiff competition from the likes of former winner Crowne Plaza London Docklands and the Holiday Inn London Heathrow, Ramada Encore London West was crowned hotel of the year. The award recognised that exemplary work carried out by the whole team at the and was collected by General Manager Ronald Little and the management team.
