Site Search and Selection
BDL is constantly seeking out and appraising hotel development sites on behalf or wholly owned and joint venture partners, but also other investors. This has involved appraisal of sites throughout the UK & Ireland, mainland Europe and Australia.

Construction Contracts
BDL has negotiated and contracted with some of the UK’s largest construction companies in the building of their current hotel portfolio - Alfred MacAlpine, Keirs, Bowmer & Kirkland and Fitzpatricks.

Pre-Opening & Launch - Snagging
One of the major issues in the smooth running of any newly opened hotel is the management of ‘snagging’ to avoid loss of room stock, keeping guest disruption at a minimum and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the building. The development team has a standard process which ensures that this task is carried out effectively.
