Management Company
BDL Management Ltd is the management arm of the BDL Hotel Group. The management company operates all of the owned, leased, joint venture and managed hotel assets.

Owned Estate
The BDL Hotel Group has a number of wholly owned hotels across the UK. The owned estate is made up of hotel properties and developments in key locations.

Joint Ventures
BDL has entered into a number of joint ventures to expand its portfolio. These include the four-star deluxe Crowne Plaza Marlow and Ramada Encore London West.

In 2007 BDL signed an exclusive partnership with Wyndham Hotels Group launching Ramcore Hotels Ltd. The deal is to build a cluster of Ramada Encore hotels in the UK through a joint venture with the Kennedy Group and Hamilton Portfolio.

Leased Hotels
BDL has a number of hotels that are leased. These include Holiday Inn London - Heathrow, Crown ePlaza London - Docklands and Ramada Encore Chatham.

Management Contracts
BDL seeks independent management agreements with developers to operate third party assets on their behalf. Prestigious partnerships like the management of the new Holiday Inn at Chessington with Merlin (worlds second largest theme park company after Disney), hotels in Northern Ireland with the Cusp/Kennedy Group, a hotel with the Jockey Club at Epsom Racecourse and a hotel with Lynnet Leisure, a Glasgow restaurant and pub group.
