The BDL group of hotels was formed in 1997 to develop and operate new build internationally branded hotels. It is now one of the UK’s largest multi-brand franchise hotel developers, with long and established working relationships across both the Wyndham and Intercontinental (IHG) Hotel Groups.

BDL successfully manage three distinct platforms of its business, the owned estate, joint ventures and management contracts.

BDL has a proven track record in delivering global brands such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express (Intercontinental Hotel Group), Ramada Encore (Wyndham Hotel Group) as well as un-branded hotels under the BDL Select umbrella.

BDL chooses the optimum brand for the location and project, negotiates the license agreement, interprets the brand standards, implements the standards and maximizes the ‘System’ resources.
